Idea

We start with a real need and check it makes sense. Before anything is built, we look at who it is for and what they actually need. If the idea does not hold up, we do not go ahead.
Build

We build it carefully, with its own website and clear prices. Each business gets its own name, its own website and prices that are easy to understand. We take the time to get the details right before anything opens.
Launch

We open it up, check it works and fix problems fast. When a business opens, we test it ourselves and listen to the first people who use it. Anything that goes wrong is fixed as quickly as we can.
Run

We keep it running, with support and fair dealing. After launch, we keep looking after it and answer questions. If something goes wrong with a purchase, we put it right.
